We encourage you to reach out to us with any questions you may have before booking. All guests are required to fill out an intake form, along with service agreement prior to their appointment. We kindly ask that you arrive unaccompanied to your appointment, as we must maintain a safe & sanitary environment. CANCELLATION POLICY
Keep in mind, you will receive two confirmation reminders for your appointment. You have 48 hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment. No call/no shows are charged a fee. Cancellation fee is 50% of the service. We understand that delays can happen however, we must keep the other clients and technician on time. If a client is 15 minutes past their scheduled time, we will have to reschedule/cancel the appointment.
